Returns & Exchanges

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, free of damages caused by the customer [, with tags still attached]. [You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.]

If the item you would like to exchange is no longer in stock, then you can choose an item of equal or lesser value, receive store credit, or fully return your item for a refund.

To initiate your return or exchange, please fill out the form found on the footer of [You will responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the purchased item back to us for return or exchange.]

Once we receive the returned or exchanged item(s), we will refund to you the cost of the item(s) or ship the exchange item to you within approximately one week from when the item(s) is delivered to the return center. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. 

For an item that has arrived to you in damaged condition, please reach out within 7 days of receiving the damaged item and we’d be happy to help you out.
